The request of additional guests (sofa bed) has a cost of 15 euros/night.
At the check-in, it will be asked a security deposit of 200 euros which will be returned at the end of the stay, once the condition of the apartment has been verified.
The rates include an electric consumption of 100 kW/week. This is widely sufficient for common/average use of lights, air conditioning, oven, washer and other appliances. Additional consumption will be charged at the end of the journey.
